Apple Cake with Graham Cracker Crust

So tonight I really wanted something sweet but I knew I had a very limited supply of ingredients in Eric's townhouse.
I thought, hey I'll make an apple pie because I can steal apples from commons and I know I have the stuff to make crust.
But then I got to the townhouse and apple pie seemed so boring.
I used the graham crackers that Lauren and I pilfered from commons as well and started, not knowing what I was doing, by making a graham cracker crust.
Then I made this cake like thing to go on top of it and was thinking about adding a glaze after it was done.
In the batter I used up the rest of the granola that my uncle made and the rest of the rolled oats I had. I just threw them in the batter with 1 egg, 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, some applesauce, baking soda, salt.
Then I carmelized the apples on the stove and added those in. The batter seemed too runny so I added a bit more flour.
Then I baked the whole thing for 35 minutes at 350 degrees and voila! It was delicious. Oh my god.
I tried putting some freezer burned ice cream on it but that wasn't so good.
I didn't take a picture of them thought, which I wish I did, but oh well.

I also added a lot of cinnamon, I accidentally left that out and it is really important!!!!!!
I also put in some ginger and cloves just for kicks.
